Role
SYSTEMA will design, develop and demonstrate core components of the required real-time information system and functions, which is configurable on multiple levels, and which offers best overall system performance (minimization of algorithmic complexity). Goal is to support customers with best system and information quality, and to support human-machine requirements in complex and highly automated production environments. SYSTEMA will own the task to design and develop all required components, and evaluate required standard solutions (such as data base systems, messaging systems, hardware systems). Goal is to focus on standard platforms and solutions.
Infineon will take ownership of the use case, and SYSTEMA will specify in close cooperation with Infineon the detailed requirements in order to fulfill this project.
Key Contribution
Contribution to WP2: Smart collaboration40 and Virtual Engineering
- 3 real time controlling and documentation: “Global real-time control and traceability of development material / development lots”:
- real-time forecasting and due data control
- Specific focus on world-wide controllability and traceability
Matching and control with data from “toolbox”, goal: continuous evaluation of costs, provide inputs / proposals for most profitable development routing)
Contribution to WP4: Collaboration40
- Task 4.3.1: Human-Machine Interaction in Complex Systems (Task Lead):
- Interacting in complex automated systems:
- Analyze and overcome the so-called “automation dilemma” in highly automated production environments
- contribution to extend SYSTEMA’s Holistic Information Model HIM with regard to a) -> built functional pattern to demonstrate labor / knowledge-specific requirements for highly automated production systems
- Interacting in complex automated systems:
